Project Data: Information you upload or enter into the platform related to your solar or EPC projects, including customer records, addresses, project details, documents, photos, and communications.

Automation Data: Data processed by our automation rules in the course of performing configured tasks, including form submissions, work order changes, signature events, and outbound communications.

Opt-In: By creating an account and enabling text notifications in your account settings, you consent to receive SMS messages from us. You may also opt in by texting START to our messaging number.

Opt-Out: You can stop receiving text messages at any time by texting STOP to our messaging number or by disabling notifications in your account settings. You will receive a confirmation of your opt-out.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity and notification preferences.

Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.

No Sharing: We do not sell, share, or use phone numbers or SMS opt-in data for purposes unrelated to the services you signed up for. Phone numbers collected for SMS are used solely for delivering the messages described above.

Carriers: Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and other major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Data Storage and Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

• Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest.
• Access controls and authentication requirements for all system access.
